We conduct 1-2 days residential Yoga Retreats with guided Yoga Sessions, Pranayam & related activities for quick and complete rejuvenation. The batch size is kept small so that we can participate fully in the activities and feel relaxed as well. We also invite experts to take sessions for better learning.
